
Shipping Damage:
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.
Order Cancellations:
1) Orders can be canceled only if the order has not yet been shipped.
2) There will be a 3% order cancellation fee on all orders paid for by credit card to cover the credit card processing fees.

Returns:
1) Customers must email us within 10 days of original purchase to return any item.
2) Misuse of, or used items will not be accepted for return.
3) All return items must be shipped in the Original Packaging.
4) All non-defective products must be returned within 10 days of the date of invoice, and are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
5) All defective products will be accepted for repair or replacement only within 10 days of the date of invoice.
6) All returns must be in original saleable condition, 100% complete, with all packaging material, manuals, and accessories.
7) A Repair/Replacement Fee will be assessed to all authorized returns received incomplete or damaged, or may be refused at our discretion.
8) Shipping costs are not refundable.
